NA-Semax rapidly elevates the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and nerve growth factor (NGF) in the hippocampus and forebrain. 6 steps from a sealed vial to the injection. Plain language.
Peptide vial (30 mg), bacteriostatic water vial, 1 larger syringe (3-5 ml) for drawing water and 1 insulin (1 ml) for doses. Alcohol swabs for sanitizing the caps.
Wash your hands before starting.
Wipe the rubber cap of the water vial with an alcohol swab. Insert the needle, invert the vial and draw exactly 2 ml. Get the exact volume from the calculator.
Larger syringe = smaller error in volume.
Wipe the peptide vial cap. Tilt the vial 45° and release the water SLOWLY down the inner wall. Peptides are fragile — a direct stream onto the powder denatures them.

Hold the vial between both palms and swirl slowly. DO NOT shake or flip sharply — peptides break down under mechanical stress.

1. Remove the plastic cap from the NA-Semax vial and wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab.
2. Draw the desired volume of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe (e.g., 10ml for a 3mg/ml concentration).
3. Inject the water slowly into the vial, aiming for the side wall to prevent foaming.
4. Swirl the vial gently until the lyophilized powder is completely dissolved. Do not shake.
5. If preparing for intranasal use, transfer the reconstituted solution to a sterile nasal spray bottle.
Long-term safety profile of the acetylated version is not fully established. Use only under medical supervision.
May cause mild stimulation or insomnia if administered late in the day.
Can cause localized irritation or redness at the subcutaneous injection site.
Intranasal administration may lead to temporary nasal irritation or dryness.
