Ready-to-use starter kit
Argireline (acetyl hexapeptide-8) is a synthetic peptide developed as a research alternative to botulinum toxin. At the molecular level, it mimics a segment of the SNAP-25 protein and prevents the stable formation of the SNARE complex, which limits neurotransmitter release and induces localized muscle relaxation. Scientists are investigating this molecule in laboratory (in vitro) settings for its potential to modulate biochemical pathways related to muscle contractions and mechanical stress. This product is strictly for scientific research purposes and is not an approved medication or cosmetic product for direct human use.

Argireline, scientifically known as acetyl hexapeptide-8, is a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal end of the SNAP-25 protein. It was developed as a topical and mesotherapy alternative to botulinum toxin for the attenuation of dynamic skin wrinkles. The peptide functions by modulating the biochemical pathways responsible for muscle contraction. In its lyophilized form, it requires reconstitution with sterile water or a carrier serum prior to application.

Argireline mimics the N-terminal end of the SNAP-25 protein, allowing it to compete for a position within the SNARE complex. This competition prevents the complex from forming stably, which inhibits the fusion of acetylcholine-containing vesicles with the neuronal membrane. The resulting decrease in neurotransmitter release leads to localized muscle relaxation and a reduction in the mechanical stress that causes expression lines.
Targets expression lines on the forehead and around the eyes by limiting muscle contraction.
Dosing
The typical regimens you'll see in the published research - for reference when planning in vitro or in vivo experiments. Not medical advice.
Apply directly to target areas such as the forehead and periorbital region.
Use with a sterile microneedling device at shallow depths (0.25-0.5mm).
Disclaimer
These are regimens discussed in the research literature, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before use.
Timing
Morning and evening for topical use; evening for microneedling protocols.

[Step by step]
6 steps from a sealed vial to the injection. Plain language.
Peptide vial (50 mg), bacteriostatic water vial, 1 larger syringe (3-5 ml) for drawing water and 1 insulin (1 ml) for doses. Alcohol swabs for sanitizing the caps.
Wash your hands before starting.
Wipe the rubber cap of the water vial with an alcohol swab. Insert the needle, invert the vial and draw exactly 2 ml. Get the exact volume from the calculator.
Larger syringe = smaller error in volume.
Wipe the peptide vial cap. Tilt the vial 45° and release the water SLOWLY down the inner wall. Peptides are fragile — a direct stream onto the powder denatures them.
SLOWLY · DOWN THE WALL · NOT ONTO THE POWDER.
Hold the vial between both palms and swirl slowly. DO NOT shake or flip sharply — peptides break down under mechanical stress.
DON'T SHAKE. Like tea — not like a cocktail.
The powder should fully dissolve. The solution is clear, no visible particles. If cloudy or with sediment — discard (wrong water or bad batch).
Clear = OK. Cloudy = discard.
With the insulin syringe draw the exact marks from the calculator. Swab the skin (abdomen 5 cm around the navel, thigh, or buttock), pinch a fold, insert at 45-90° and inject slowly.
Rotate sites every injection to avoid lipohypertrophy.
Schedule
Morning and evening for topical use; evening for microneedling protocols.
Argireline is primarily designed for topical delivery or superficial epidermal introduction via microneedling. It is not formulated for systemic intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.
Important
Argireline is primarily designed for topical delivery or superficial epidermal introduction via microneedling. It is not formulated for systemic intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.
1. Remove the protective cap from the 50mg Argireline vial and swab the rubber stopper with alcohol.
2. Draw 10ml of sterile water or a suitable cosmetic carrier serum into a sterile syringe.
3. Slowly inject the liquid into the vial, directing the flow against the glass wall to prevent foaming.
4. Swirl the vial gently until the lyophilized powder is completely dissolved.
5. The resulting solution yields a 0.5% concentration (5mg per ml).
6. Store the reconstituted solution in the refrigerator and use a sterile syringe to draw doses for topical application.
Generally well tolerated for topical use.
May cause mild, transient skin irritation or redness at the application site.
Not intended for deep intramuscular or intravenous injection.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Long-term safety profile of high-dose microneedling delivery is not fully established.

A synthetic hexapeptide (Argireline) with antiwrinkle activity
Human & In vitro | 10 healthy women | 30 days | Wrinkle depth reduction
Researchers evaluated the efficacy of a 10% Argireline emulsion on periorbital wrinkles. The study reported a 30% reduction in wrinkle depth after 30 days of twice-daily application. In vitro data confirmed the inhibition of SNARE complex formation.
