Ready-to-use starter kit
Mechano Growth Factor (MGF) is a peptide that represents a specific splice variant of the insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) gene. At the molecular level, it is produced locally in muscle tissue following mechanical stress, signaling dormant satellite (stem) cells to begin dividing. Scientists are investigating MGF in laboratory (in vitro) and animal models to understand its role in cellular regeneration and muscle response. This molecule is intended strictly for scientific research purposes and is not an approved medication or a product for human consumption.

Mechano Growth Factor (MGF) is a splice variant of the insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) gene. Skeletal muscle tissue produces this peptide locally in response to mechanical stress or physical damage. MGF functions primarily to activate muscle satellite cells, which are specialized stem cells residing between muscle fibers. These cells divide and fuse with damaged fibers to facilitate repair and hypertrophy. Natural MGF exhibits a very short half-life, necessitating synthetic stabilization for therapeutic or research applications.
IGF-1 splice variant with unique E-domain Activates satellite cells for muscle regeneration Local action after training stimulus Standard post-workout intramuscular protocol
MGF acts independently of systemic IGF-1 receptors to stimulate the proliferation of mononucleated myoblasts. Mechanical overload triggers the alternative splicing of the IGF-1 gene to produce MGF locally. This peptide signals dormant satellite cells to enter the cell cycle and multiply. The expanded pool of satellite cells then provides the necessary nuclei for muscle fiber repair and growth.
MGF upregulates the initial phase of muscle regeneration by activating satellite cells. This process provides new nuclei required for repairing damaged myofibers after intense exercise.
By increasing the available pool of myoblasts, MGF establishes the foundation for subsequent muscle fiber hypertrophy. This mechanism operates distinctly from the differentiation phase driven by systemic IGF-1.
Dosing
The typical regimens you'll see in the published research - for reference when planning in vitro or in vivo experiments. Not medical advice.
Administer bilaterally into the trained muscle group immediately after exercise.
Inject near the site of injury. Rotate injection sites to prevent localized tissue irritation.
Disclaimer
These are regimens discussed in the research literature, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before use.
Timing
Administer immediately post-workout to align with the natural physiological window for satellite cell activation.

[Step by step]
6 steps from a sealed vial to the injection. Plain language.
Peptide vial (5 mg), bacteriostatic water vial, 1 larger syringe (3-5 ml) for drawing water and 1 insulin (1 ml) for doses. Alcohol swabs for sanitizing the caps.
Wash your hands before starting.
Wipe the rubber cap of the water vial with an alcohol swab. Insert the needle, invert the vial and draw exactly 2 ml. Get the exact volume from the calculator.
Larger syringe = smaller error in volume.
Wipe the peptide vial cap. Tilt the vial 45° and release the water SLOWLY down the inner wall. Peptides are fragile — a direct stream onto the powder denatures them.
SLOWLY · DOWN THE WALL · NOT ONTO THE POWDER.
Hold the vial between both palms and swirl slowly. DO NOT shake or flip sharply — peptides break down under mechanical stress.
DON'T SHAKE. Like tea — not like a cocktail.
The powder should fully dissolve. The solution is clear, no visible particles. If cloudy or with sediment — discard (wrong water or bad batch).
Clear = OK. Cloudy = discard.
With the insulin syringe draw the exact marks from the calculator. Swab the skin (abdomen 5 cm around the navel, thigh, or buttock), pinch a fold, insert at 45-90° and inject slowly.
Rotate sites every injection to avoid lipohypertrophy.
Schedule
Administer immediately post-workout to align with the natural physiological window for satellite cell activation.
MGF is highly susceptible to degradation in the bloodstream. Localized intramuscular administration is utilized in research settings to maximize tissue-specific satellite cell activation before the peptide breaks down.
Important
MGF is highly susceptible to degradation in the bloodstream. Localized intramuscular administration is utilized in research settings to maximize tissue-specific satellite cell activation before the peptide breaks down.
1. Remove the protective caps from the MGF vial and the bacteriostatic water vial.
2. Swab both rubber stoppers with an alcohol prep pad and allow them to dry completely.
3. Draw 2mL of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
4. Inject the water slowly into the MGF vial, directing the stream against the glass wall.
5. Swirl the vial gently until the lyophilized powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake.
6. Store the reconstituted solution in the refrigerator immediately.
Long-term safety profile not yet established. Use only under medical supervision.
May cause localized swelling, redness, or irritation at the injection site.
Theoretical risk of promoting unregulated cell growth due to its proliferative mechanism.
Potential for mild hypoglycemia if administered in excessive doses.
Not recommended for individuals with a history of active malignancies.
