Ipamorelin
In plain language
Ipamorelin is the most selective — without elevation of cortisol, prolactin or appetite. Ideal for clean protocols.
For researchers
Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide developed by Novo Nordisk in the mid-1990s. Binds the GHS-R1a receptor in the pituitary and triggers dose-dependent growth hormone release. Its unique selectivity distinguishes it from -6 and Hexarelin — practically does not raise cortisol, prolactin or ACTH, nor stimulate appetite. This makes it the cleanest secretagogue in the category. In modern research protocols often combined with a analog (Sermorelin or CJC-1295) for synergistic effect — both mechanisms potentiate pulsatile release. Half-life ~2 hours. Storage: -20°C lyophilized; reconstituted — 28 days at 2-8°C.
